Puffle Hander, also known as PH, is a penguin that trains puffles in BeyondCP. She also works for the Elite Penguin Force, training elite puffles. She is a mascot during the Puffle Party, in which she partied with puffle lovers. She appeared in a search to find Crab Puffles in the Lost City of Penglantis at the Water Party, in which she wears the Floral Bikini Cadence made for her. She also appeared at the Dance-a-thon, searching for Grey Puffles. She seems to be good friends with Cadence, but her best friends are puffles. She owns the Puffle Fashion Shop and Pet Shop.
